When a user sets Window's scaling to 150% or higher, some menus in Unreal Engine go off the screen and users are unable to select some options.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Go to Window's display settings.
  2. Set scaling slider to 150% or higher
  3. Open Unreal Engine
  4. Go to the Landscape Mode, create the Landscape, then click on 'Sculpt' to bring up the menu.

Expected result: The list scales to the available screen size and allows for scrolling to get to the other options.

Actual result: Several options on the list are cut off.
