SceneCaptureComponent2D 'Primitive Render Mode' Always Selects Legacy Option

When using SceneCapture2D and trying to edit the "Primitive Render Mode" (found in Details panel, Scene Capture) you can select the "Render Scene Primitives (Legacy)" and the "Use ShowOnly List" options but the Render Scene Primitives with the tooltip "Render primitives in the scene, minus the Hidden Actors" can't be selected. The legacy option will always be selected.

Versions Tested:
4.17.2 - CL: 3658906 - Issue occurs
4.18.0 - CL: 3709383 - Issue occurs

1. Create new blank project
2. Go to Modes panel > All Classes > Scene Capture 2D, drag and drop into scene
3. With SceneCapture2D selected, go to Details panel > Scene Capture > Primitive Render Mode
4. Using drop-down arrow, try to select the second choice ('Render Scene Primitives' - tool tip on mouse hover says 'Render primitives in the scene, minus HiddenActors')

Result: Primitive Render Mode changes to the first choice ('Render Scene Primitives' - tool tip on mouse hover says 'Legacy') instead of the second choice that was selected.
Expected: Primitive Render Mode will change to the option that was selected
