Android / iOS build failed when using subclass(C++) of UGlobalEditorUtilityBase.
I had already confirm that the error doesn't occur when subclass(BP) of UGlobalEditorUtilityBase.
I suggest that we should add WITH_EDITOR to UGlobalEditorUtilityBase.
