Animation Composite Timeline extends over top of the Playback Controls when zoomed in
-See attached screenshot for example of results

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open attached project
  2. Open NewAnimComposite
  3. Zoom into Timeline by hovering over it and using scroll wheel of mouse
  4. Timeline extends over Playback Controls

Expected: Timeline zooms in but remains confined in its box
Results: Timeline extends overtop of Playback Controls
