Description

Packaging failed! toast does not replace the previous toast.

Users are able to click the Dismiss button for the most recent toast, but not for any others. The Show Output Log link works on all active toasts.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open a project
  2. Create an Actor Blueprint and open it
  3. Focus the event graph and add a SpawnActor from Class node
  4. Connect Event Begin Play to the spawn actor node
  5. Drag the blueprint into the level and save the level
  6. File > Package Project > Windows > Windows 64
  7. Wait for the package to fail - Do not click dismiss on the toast
  8. Repeat Steps 6 and 7

Result: User is only able to clear out the newest Packaging Failed! toast. The first one cannot be dismissed.

Expected Result: If a new Packaging failed! toast is created before one is cleared, the older should be replaced with the new toast.
