Description

While in VR Mode, the Transform Gizmo typically renders translucently on top of assets when the selection laser is not interacting with the selected asset.
This achieves a level of parity with Desktop Editor, which displays the Transform Gizmo around the selected object at all times.

VR Mode's Transform Gizmo no longer renders on top of objects.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new VR Template level
  2. Select the Sphere
  3. Point the selection laser away from the sphere

VR Mode Transform Gizmo is translucent on top of a selected asset when the selection laser is not pointed at the asset.
