The UWorld class contains a declaration for UWorld::UpdateWorldStreamingState in World.h, but there is no implementation in World.cpp, and no reference to UpdateWorldStreamingState anywhere else in the Engine.

The implementation was removed from World.cpp in CL# 1710281.
