Cannot pause video when WMF media Native Audio out is enabled

Description

When the feature for "Native Audio out" is enabled videos no longer pause

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached project
  2. Open the project
  3. Play in editor
  4. Press the '1' key to play the video
  5. Press the '2' key to pause the video

Result: The video continues to play
Expected: The video would pause
