Sound Wave Actions Menu Closes Automatically When Changed to Columns View

After changing the view to columns (by going through Right click < Create Dialogue < View Options < Columns) the Sound Wave Action menu will close out automatically before any options can be selected when opened. This appears to affect other wave files in the project as well, even if the file was imported after the steps above are followed. Sometimes this only occurs when panning over the top section of the menu: Which includes(play, stop, create cue, create dialogue) but not the rest.

1. Download attached audio files
2. Create a empty project
3. Import the attached audio file
4. Right click wave file
5. Sound Wave Actions < Create Dialogue < View Options
6. Change View to Columns
7. Exit out of the open menus
8. Right click on the wave file again to reopen the Sound Wave Action menu
9. Mouse over the various options
10. See the menu closes out on its own

Expected: Sound Wave Action menu does not close out unless user intentionally exits it
Results: Sound Wave Action menu automatically closes out when user mouses over other options

Can't "Pick New Sprite" after changing view type
