Description

Some developers are finding that the change to add a bunch of shader types to FLandscapeMaterialResource::GetExcludedShaderTypes() in 4.18.2 increased their project cooking times on PC or console by 3 or 4x.  My test of the Content Browser Landscapes map showed a 6x difference

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Content Examples project.
  2. Open Window > Project Launcher and create a new custom launch profile
  3. Set "Cook" to "By the Book" and enable the "WindowsNoEditor" platform, and select the "Landscapes" map for cooking
  4. Hit the back button to go back to the list of profiles, and run the profile you just created
  5. Observe that the amount of time in the "Cook Content for Win64" task is about 3 minutes in 4.18.2, whereas it was only 30 seconds in 4.17.2
