Description

It appears that the editor's memory usage can jump by as much as a 1GB when using a spinbox in the editor. This also has the side effect of causing the editor to freeze/hang temporarily

Note: The jump in memory may take a few seconds to show up as the editor catches up

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open a new Third person template project
  2. Open the Editor Preferences
  3. Enable "Show Frame Rate and Memory"
  4. Open ThirdPersonCharacter blueprint
  5. Click and drag the Value for "Base Eye Height"
  6. Drag the mouse quickly back and forth (the editor will freeze)
  7. Wait for the editor unfreeze and catch up

Result: The editor's memory usage will jump as high as ~1GB
Expected: The editor would not freeze nor would the memory usage have a jump as high as ~1GB
