Description

Draw Debug String appears to render in the wrong location when changing the scaling for a monitor containing the editor.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Open the level blueprint
  3. Call "Draw Debug String" on tick (write something is the text field of the node)
  4. Play in editor
  5. With the default setting the text will appear at the world location 0,0,0
  6. Stop PIE
  7. Change the display scale settings of the monitor containing the editor to 150% (see attached screen shot)
  8. Play in editor

Result: The text for the Draw debug string is no longer rendered in the same position
Expected: The text would render is the same spot regardless of the monitors scale settings
