Description

When a game is built using test configuration, Scenecapture2d with lighting off fails to capture Instance Static Mesh. This does not happen in PIE or standalone.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. (This needs to be tested using engine built from source)
  2. Open the attached project and see all 4 cubes are displayed correctly in two scenecapture2d result(lighting = off, on)
  3. Run "Cook Content for Windows" then close the project
  4. Generate VS project, and build the game using "test" configuration
  5. Run the game
  6. Two cubes(Instanced Static Mesh) are missing in lighting = off scenecapture2d result
