Code project cannot be successfully set to use CLion

Setting a code project to use CLion as the source code accessor does not appear to work successfully.

1. Create a new code project.
2. Open the project in the Editor.
3. Open the Editor Preferences window.
4. Go to General -> Source Code -> Accessor -> Source Code Editor
5. Change the setting to CLion.
6. Go to File -> Generate CLion Project.

RESULT:
The process appears to complete, but no option appears to open the CLion project in the File menu, and the project cannot be opened from within CLion.

EXPECTED:
The project's code can be opened in CLion.
