In past Engine Versions, Arabic Localization has not been in the Editor, but now symbols populate, but are split with English words. If Arabic is functioning, they should replace English words, not surround them.
This is a Regression from 4.18
Results: There are English words mixed with Arabic symbols. There are also spacing issues in the Modes panel
Expected Results: In 4.18, there was no Arabic localization, but now symbols populate, so all translatable words are translated to Arabic
