Numerous LogMetal: Warning: AsyncCopyFromBufferToBuffer on overlapping ranges Warnings
Warnings do not appear to be linked to any visual/performance problems in the editor. Could be safely ignored.
Warnings also occur when initiating PIE
Warnings also spammed when painting a skeletal mesh
Warnings also spammed when opening an Animation Blueprint
Reproduced on multiple other Macs, both 10.12 and 10.13
Similar warnings not seen on Linux & Windows
Probably introduced in the fix for [Link Removed]
This did not occur on previous release passes, if requested I can double check for regression though.
Result:
Output Log contains many warnings like:
LogMetal: Warning: AsyncCopyFromBufferToBuffer on overlapping ranges ({0, 4096} vs {0, 4096}) of destination buffer 0x7fb21184a5d0
Expected:
Output Log does not contain these warnings
