Aperture Value in Lens category has no effect
1. Add a CineCameraActor to your scene (Optional, Pilot camera)
2. In CineCamera -> Lens -> Exposure change Metering Mode to Manual
3. In CineCamera -> Lens -> Camera , observe Shutter Speed and ISO have an effect BUT Aperture (F-Stop) does not
However: "Current Aperture" in Current Camera Settings does have an effect
