Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new Handheld BP ARTemplate
  2. Open Project Settings->Android
  3. check Support OpenGL ES3.1 and uncheck Support OpenGL ES2
  4. Build and run on a pixel phone, verify the passthrough camera image has the correct color.
