Jittering effect with Physics Constraint Actor using Linear Limits. This only seems to affect the Physics Constraint Actor from the Modes panel, with the static mesh starts near the physics constraint, and the Linear Limit is set to free or a Limit of 200+.


This is a regression:

Works in 4.18.3-3832480

Not working in 4.19.0-3944462

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the attached test project in 4.19+
  2. PIE

Results: As the sphere begins to swing it will start to bounce and jitter after a couple seconds

Expected: The behavior from 4.18 which is to smoothly swing side to side.
