Clothing data can not be applied after the mesh that had clothing data already applied to it has been reimported

Error message "Failed to bind clothing asset "nameofmesh"_0LOD1 is already mapped to mesh LOD1

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached project
  2. Open mesh
  3. Reimport mesh
  4. Select Mesh
  5. Try and apply clothing data
  6. See it won't apply and error "Failed to bind clothing asset "nameofmesh" LOD1 as LOD1 is already mapped to mesh LOD1." LOD is also no longer removed from mesh

Expected: Mesh can have clothing data applied to it

Results: Section 1 of Mesh is not visible and clothing data can not be applied
