Android app fails to open when the date and time has been changed to a time zone that is offset by half an hour

Android app fails to open when the date and time has been changed to a time zone that is offset by half an our. For example setting the time zone to +4:30. will cause the app to no longer open.

1. Create a new AR template
2. Launch onto Pixel
3. Set the Date and time for the device to +4:30 (or any time difference that includes a 30 minute offset)
4. Launch the AR app on the device

Result: The app does not open and an error message saying that the app as stopped appears
Expected: The app would open regardless of the time zone provided
