This issue cannot be reproduced in 4.18 but can be reproduced in 4.19.1 as well as Main (CL 3998250) therefore I am marking this as a regression.
Result: When standing in the middle of the painted foliage and rotating camera, some plants disappear and screen flickers. This does not happen when the program is started without the -OpenGL4 switch
Expected: Foliage will not disappear, screen won't flicker.
