Description

This issue cannot be reproduced in 4.18 but can be reproduced in 4.19.1 as well as Main (CL 3998250) therefore I am marking this as a regression.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create new project from Blueprints sample (Launcher 'Learn' Tab)
  2. Enable OpenGL4 in Project Settings
  3. Paint some foliage on ground somewhere (project has 4 grass meshes)
  4. Package game
  5. Open packaged game with -OpenGL4 command

Result: When standing in the middle of the painted foliage and rotating camera, some plants disappear and screen flickers. This does not happen when the program is started without the -OpenGL4 switch

Expected: Foliage will not disappear, screen won't flicker.
