Behavior tree Composite node tool tip

In prior versions to 4.19, the tooltips for all the composite nodes had documentation detailing their use.

1. Open any project or create a new one
2. Create a Behavior Tree
3. Add a Selector and Sequence node
4. Mouse over both nodes (one at a time)

Result: The tooltip only contains the name of the composite in question and no details describing it

Expected: There is documentation describing the node
