When opening NewLevelSequence, opening shot0010_001, changing the playback settings to Evaluate Subsequence in Isolation, switching back to NewLevelSequence, opening shot0020_001, and scrubbing, animations in sequence do not play

Project created in 4.18.3 did not seem to have issue occur

Sequencer is docked to Content Browser

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download attached project
  2. Open NewLevelSequence
  3. Open shot0010_001
  4. Playback Options < check Evaluate Subsequence in Isolation
  5. Go back to NewLevelSequence
  6. Open shot0020_001
  7. Scrub timeline
  8. See animation does not play

Expected: Sequence plays when timeline is scrubbed

Results: Sequence does not play when timeline is scrubbed
