The properties of the Billboard Actor Component reset whenever they are changed while the Actor that the component is attached to is also a child of another Actor as well.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download attached project
  2. Right click uproject file to Generate Visual Studio project solution files
  3. Open project from uproject file
  4. Drag TestActor_BP Blueprint to the scene
  5. Drag an Empty Actor to the scene
  6. Attach the TestActor_BP to the Empty Actor in the World Outliner
  7. Select the Billboard Component in Details Panel for the TestActor_BP Blueprint
  8. Change the U, UL, V, and VL properties in the Sprite section of the Billboard Component

Result: Property values of the Billboard Component reset

Expected: Property values should be the last value it was changed to
