Unlit view is affected by Exposure Compensation when enabled by post process volume. This will also carry across the other debug views.

This is a regression.
The unlit mode will still be affected by the exposure settings
Unlit mode would display as normal and unaffected by exposure settings
Current work around:
Disable game settings under the view menu in the exposure section
