Description

Unlit view is affected by Exposure Compensation when enabled by post process volume. This will also carry across the other debug views. 

Working as expected in 4.18 CL# 3832480

Found in  4.19 CL# 4033788, 4.20p1 CL# 4112139, 4.21 CL# 4115885

This is a regression.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Add a post process volume to you scene
  3. Enable infinite extent
  4. Enable exposure compensation and set it to 4
  5. Set the view port to unlit

Results:
The unlit mode will still be affected by the exposure settings

Expected:
Unlit mode would display as normal and unaffected by exposure settings

Current work around: 
Disable game settings under the view menu in the exposure section
