Description

On Mac in VR Mode, when scaling the world with the controllers while the Blueprint Editor open, all open windows begin jitterring violently. This only occurs if the Blueprint Editor is one of the open windows whether it is the only open window or one of a few.

This issue does not occur on Windows Oculus. A separate issue is encountered with Windows Vive.

This issue also occurs in 4.19.2 @ CL #4033788, so it is not a regression.

Steps to Reproduce

SETUP
Connect a Vive and its controllers to your Mac

REPRO

  1. Open any project with Starter Content in editor
  2. Click the VR Mode button in the main toolbar
  3. Put on the HMD and pick up the controllers
  4. Bring up the left controller's radial menu and select Window > Content Browser
  5. Navigate to the Starter Content > Blueprints folder
  6. Double-click on a blueprint to open the Blueprint Editor
  7. Press the grip buttons on both controllers and move the controllers away from each other or towards each other

Expected Result
The world scales but the Blueprint Editor window stays the same size and in the same position it was placed in

Actual Result
The world scales causing the Blueprint Editor window to violently jitter back and forth until the user teleports
