Description

When updating Nav Collision on a static mesh, rebuilding paths in the level will not take the updates into account. The user has to update the static mesh in the level to see the updated collision influence the nav mesh.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open level in editor.
  2. Add NavMeshBoundsVolume to level.
  3. Place the static mesh Barrel_02 in the level.
  4. Place static mesh in level.
  5. Open the static mesh that was placed.
  6. In the Navigation details section, add a Box Collision.
  7. Update the settings so it will influence the nav mesh (setting Extents to 200, 200, 200 works).
  8. Back in the level viewport, press P to show navigation if it's not already visible.
  9. Build Paths.

RESULT

New Collision on static mesh does not influence navmesh.

WORKAROUND

Update the mesh in the level (such as move it)
