Description

With a light function being used on a light and volumetric fog enabled if you move the camera around it will cause screen-space banding at the edges of the screen.

Found in 4.19 CL# 4033788, 4.20 Preivew 5 CL# 4173640, and 4.21 CL# 4199311

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open attached project
  2. Open the Map in the project
  3. Move the camera in the viewport side to side quickly

Results:
There will be noticeable screen-space banding at the edges of the screen when moving the camera around due to the light function on the directional light

Expected:
The screen-space banding would not happen
