Description

When switching between any open software (Maya, web browser) and UE4 while Simulation is running, sometimes the values change on the asset and it starts to oscilate between <-0.6,0.6> or any other set of opposite numbers (within the constraints of <-1,1>). Sometimes they reset to the default ones.

This was reported in 4.18.3 (CL-3832480) ans reproduced in 4.19.2 (CL-4033788), 4.20 (CL-4212847), and 4.21 (CL-4217587)

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached .uasset
  2. In a new or existing project drag the attached .uasset into the content folder
  3. Open either Maya or a Web Browser
  4. Open the UE4 Editor
  5. Drag 'SwingingCube' in a Level and Simulate
  6. Watch the Output Log and click around in Maya or explore the Web
  7. Click back on the UE4 Editor

Results: The values change and it starts to osculate between <-0.6,0.6> or any other set of opposite numbers (within the constraints of <-1,1>)

Expected: The value stays at 1 and -1 for its maximum and minimum values when clicking back into the Editor
