Webbrowser in Mobile devices gets most higher zorder in UMG. This is, as I belive, expected since it is running in native functions. But to meet behaviors in PC, making it to follow given zorder seems recommended.
1) Add a Webbrowser in User Widget
2) Add more other widgets to cover some area of it
3) Run in PC, Android, iOS
Expected: Like PC, the Webbrowser with contents are placed under the widgets added later
Result: In Mobile devices(iOS, Android) are giving most higher zorder than other widgets, even stat commands.
