Description

If "Use Relative Fixed Bounding Box" is disabled, level bounds will be incorrectly calculated. This seems to be similar to [Link Removed].

Found in 4.19 CL# 4033788, 4.20 CL# 4212847, 4.21 CL# 4233289

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Create a new empty level
  3. Create a particle system
  4. Set the view port to Top Orthographic
  5. Place a level bounds into the level
  6. Place the particle system at X: 2000, Y: -2000, Z: 0
  7. Select the level bounds

Results:
The level bounds seems to include world origin along with the particle system

Expected:
The level bounds would only surround the particle system placed in the level
