Description

Having cloth set to be tick-able even when paused causes crashing upon pause. This prevents simulating cloth while the level is paused.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Add a SkeletalMeshComponent with Clothing to the level
  2. Set the ClothTickFunction.bTickEvenWhenPaused = true;
  3. Play the level
  4. Pause the level, results in crash
