Description

The light propagation volume is not affected by a material with emissive area light enabled.

Found in 4.19 CL# 4033788, 4.20 CL# 4233996, 4.21 CL# 4246589

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Go to the engine config folder and open ConsoleVariables.ini
  2. Add "r.LightPropagationVolume=1" to the bottom of the config file and save it
  3. Open the a project below

Results:
The emissive material color will not be applied to the LPV even though "Emissive (Dynamic Area Light)" is enabled

Solution:
The emissive material color would be applied to the LPV
