Removing HISMs in a packaged project causes meshes to remain and flicker in a packaged project.
(Inclusive Nativization is enabled in test project, but issue occurs with nativization disabled as well.)

1. Create a BP class based on actor
2. Add a HISM component as root component, set a mesh
3. On Begin Play, add some instances, delay 5 seconds, and remove all these instances.
4. Test in PIE, the instances are properly created and removed.
Result in Packaged project: The instances are removed after 5 seconds, but if you fly around they will reappear with some flickering.
