The Auto Wrap Text property in the Text Block widget element appears twice in the Details Panel.


Tested in 4.19.2 (CL- 4033788), 4.20.1 (CL - 4239966),  4.21 (CL - 4275031)

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a Blank Blueprint project
  2. Create a Widget Blueprint name NewWidgetBlueprint
  3. Edit the NewWidgetBlueprint
  4. Drag in a Text element into the Canvas of the widget
  5. Check the Details Panel of the TextBlock

Expected: There would only be one boolean check for Auto Wrap Text

Result: There are two boolean checks
