AJA - Output doesn't properly shutdown (grey screen)

SMT is reporting that AJA output doesn't properly shutdown, Screen end up with shades of grey instead of black.

Can't repro in-house. It's probably the monitor that shows the last incoming image. We now output a test pattern when we shutdown.

I am not able to find world outliner how to enable it?
