Description

Alpha over life module doesn't interpolate vaules that differ in .05 or less with "Can Be Baked" enabled.

Found in 4.19 CL# 4033788, 4.20 CL# 4233996, 4.21 CL# 4291146

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open attached project
  2. Observe the values of the particles

Result:
the alpha will stay at .05 on the particle that has "Can Be Baked" enabled

Expected:
the alpha would interpolate between the .05 and 0 regardless of "Can Be Baked" being enabled
