Licensee found that running the resavepackage commandlet that sublevels who's lighting was built were not saving the changes.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new Blueprint First Person template project
  2. Navigate to Window > Levels
  3. Under the Levels dropdown in the resulting window, select Create New twice and name the levels as you please
  4. Double click the first sublevel to begin editing it
  5. Add a Cube static mesh to the level
  6. Double click the second sublevel to begin editing it
  7. Add a Sphere static mesh to the level
  8. Add a Point Light to the level
  9. Save all levels
  10. Close the Editor
  11. From CMD run UE4Editor.exe ProjectName.uproject -run=resavepackages -buildlighting -MapsOnly -ProjectOnly -AllowCommandletRendering
  12. Open the project in UE4Editor
  13. Open your Persistent Level

Result: User is displayed with unbuilt lighting error
