Description

Metallic materials get darker when directional light is set to movable. In 4.19 the same material will render dark in all mobility of the directional light.

Found in 4.19 CL# 4033788, 4.20 CL# 4233996, and 4.21 CL# 4299102

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open attached project
  2. Set the default preview rendering level to either of the high end mobile options
  3. Change the direction light from movable to stationary a few times while observing the material on the objects

Results:
The material will render darker when the directional light is set to movable

Expected:
The material would render the same as it does in stationary or static
