Description

Orthographic doesn't respect the default character rotation of -90 degrees. This is reflected when viewing the Third Person character in Right/Left and Front/Back Orthographic views.

This issue was reported and tested in 4.19.2 (CL-4033788). This was reproduced in 4.20.2 (CL-4302132) and Main 4.21 (CL-4305553)

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the UE4 Editor and create a Third Person template project
  2. On the ThirdPersonExampleMap, click on Perspective in the Viewport
  3. Change the view to Right/Left and Front/Back

Results: When Orthographic View is set to front/back, it will show the character from the right/left.

Expected: Orthographic View shows the correct orientation when selected
