Description

When duplicating an Actor at Runtime, the duplicated Actor won't execute any tick events when duplicated from the World Outliner or Alt-clicked and dragged in the Viewport. If the Actor is dragged in from the Content Browser it will execute the Tick event.

This issue was reported and tested in 4.20.2 (CL-4302132). This was reproduced in 4.19.2 (CL-4033788) and Main 4.21 (CL-4324949).

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download and open the attached project
  2. Open ReproMap if it isn't already
  3. Click the dropdown arrow beside Play and select Simulate
  4. Click on DebugSphere in the World Outliner and either Ctrl+W or Alt-click and drag on the Actor to create a duplicate

Results: Duplicated Actor won't run Tick Event

Expected: Duplicate Actor executes Tick Event
