Find Session times out when run while in a Steam Session

A user has reported an issue where Find Session times out when attempting to run it while hosting a Steam session or while being the client of one. The user mentions that this is caused by RequestLobbyData being called on the current session.

This occurs in 4.19

1. Download the attached project
2. With the project open and while logged into a Steam account, launch the game in Standalone
3. Wait for the second Find Session to attempt to complete
   Result: The second Find Session fails due to timing out
   Expected: The second Find Session works properly
