DESCRIPTION: Adjusting a DMs scale via blueprints will cause issues for the collision of the DM once it has been scaled up or down. Scaling down by half or up by a value of 2 or 3 is easier to see the resulting issue.

ATTACHED: BP reference image for setup
ENVIRONMENT:
OS: Windows 8.1
PROCESSOR: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2620 @ 2.10GHz
MEMORY: 32GB RAM
GRAPHICS: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770
FREQUENCY: 3/3
====================================
REPRO STEPS:
1. Open UE4
2. Create a DM and fracture
3. Place the Dm in the scene
4. Open Level BP
5. Set up the BP like attached image
6. PIE
7. Press Key and destroy Dm via projectile or impact
Expected: Setting a new scale via blueprints will scale the collision along with the DM.
RESULTS: The DM will sometimes flicker when the new scale has been set and when destroyed the Dm not have accurate collision. If the mesh is scaled down the mesh will have collision similar to the size it was before the scale. If it's scaled up the chunks appear to float and rotate around the original collision size.
