Steps to Reproduce

For engine with version 4.20.3 downloaded from Git, make a project from the FirstPersonShooter template, change the "Loop Count" of Animation Segment "FirstPerson_Fire" of " /Game/FirstPerson/Animations/FirstPersonFire_Montage" from default 1 to 1000, and then scale the UI under the centered preview viewport to its extreme, and you may observe an increasing memory from the windows Task Manager.
