When attaching a ribbon particle system to a moving object, undesired/unexpected effects take place when the object moves out of camera view.

Results:
The particle when reactivating will streak from the last active position to the current position.
Expected:
The particle would reactivate at the position it currently is on screen and not streak from the last active.
