Daydream controller not showing up/tracking

Description

Daydream controller does not appear when packaging out to device.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached project
  2. Open the project
  3. Setup project to package out for Android (tested on Pixel)
  4. Package for Android (ETC2)
  5. Install project onto device
  6. Open app
  7. Move daydream controller around

Result: The daydream controller is nowhere to be found
Expected: The daydream controller would be visible and tracking the movements of the real world controller
