A workaround will need to be applied in 3DS Max/Revit. Users will need to change max units to feets prior to importing the revit file or apply a reset xform on all objects.
When importing, DataSmith is assigning a scale on the actors, the option to set the import scale is no longer available in 4.21. ie: a 36" item comes in at 96"
This was reported and tested in 4.21 (4.21E0). This was reproduced in 4.19.2 (0.182) and 4.20 (4.20E4)
Results: The assets are imported at 2-2/3 multiplier scale
Expected: The assets are imported normally
