This looks like software cursor lagging behind hardware cursor. There is no fix for this, other than hiding the hardware cursor...


When setting up any sort of image to following the mouse there is a noticeable lag between the position of the mouse and the position of the image that is being set to the mouse position.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Make a new HUD blueprint
    Right click the content browser > Blueprint > Type HUD in the search > Select HUD blueprint
  3. Open the new HUD blueprint
  4. Create the attached image
  5. Set the New HUD blueprint as the HUD for the game mode
    Click the Down arrow beside the level blueprint icon > Hover over GameMode: Edit GameMode > Hover over HUD: HUD > Select HUD class > Select your new HUD blueprint
  6. Hit play
  7. Mouse the mouse around rapidly (Notice the lag between the mouse and the image)
