Description

This happens only on 4.21 via Launcher.
UE4 editor running with "DebugGame Editor" configuration fails to launch

The error log is below.

ERROR: System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path 'D:\Epic Games\UE_4.21\Engine\Intermediate\Build\Win64\UE4\Debug\Launch\Launch.precompiled'.

I guess the "Debug" path is incorrect and "DebugGame" is correct.
Can't find: \UE4\ Debug \Launch\Launch.precompiled
Can find: \UE4\ DebugGames \Launch\Launch.precompiled

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download 4.21 from Epic Games Launcher
  2. Create a CPP project
  3. Open the project with "DebugGame Editor" configuration
  4. In the editor, push Launch button (to Win/Android/iOS, either's OK)
  5. You can see the launch is failed.
